Easy and Convenient Ordering On Wedding Invitations, etc.

Selection
It is easy to create a personal ensemble with our wide selection of time proven designs and coordinating accessories. We use
only the best papers including Vellums, Linens, Cotton Content and Heavy Weights for superior quality and a professional
appeal. Wedding Invitations include blank inner and outer envelopes and tissues. All other stationery items include blank outer
envelopes. Personalized envelopes are available for an additional charge.

Step 1: To Place an Order
To order, simply click on your favorite card and follow the easy, step-by-step ordering and editing instructions.  You will see an
on-screen proof of your final card.

Fill out the quantity you wish to purchase, and submit it.  An order from Administration will be emailed back to you and a copy
will be emailed to me for final approval of your order.  

Step 2: Payment
Once we have approved your order, shipping and sales tax (if applicable) may be added to your final invoice total.  The total
order amount will be charged to your credit card at this point.  Our method of payment is PayPal.  Pay Pal is one of the safest,
most widely accepted ways to pay for your purchases on the Internet.  It lets you use funds from either your bank account or
credit card.  

Step 3: Payment Steps
Go back to Alexander's Site. In order to pay for your purchase with PayPal, just click on the Bill Pay button and then click on
the Buy Now button.  Once the payment has been made, PayPal will send you Details of the Transaction.  PayPal will also
send me a copy of your payment.  We then process your order and it goes into production next working day.

Step 4: Production Time
Normal lead - time is 5 to 7 days after final approval.

Step 5: Changes and Cancellations
Due to the speed at which orders are processed, changes are not always possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you
need to change your order. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid errors and the
cost of having it reprinted. If an order must be changed or cancelled, we will do everything possible to accommodate the
request. Service charges may apply. Please use your Order Confirmation Number provided at checkout when referencing your
order.
